Cleaned it and used some shine protectant gimmick, don’t even know if it’s shinier but it feels like it so whatever ?

I installed the Ford front and rear dash cam I bought with my Ford Pass points. I wish they would have made it so you could view the video with the sync screen since it plugs into the OBD II connector.

I agree on the sync app.

On a similar note... Are there any dashcams out there that allow for some level of control with a Carplay app? That would be a huge + in my current efforts to find one for my Ranger.

I'm not sure about the carplay question. This one has WIFI and I can view the videos from my phone after downloading the THINKWARE app.

Okay, so, I've been lurking here and getting a lot of good ideas. So far, this forum is directly responsible for installation of the following, with the Wolf Haus as today's item.
  • A damper - all kidding aside, it is nice and should have been included.
  • Wolf Haus Power Adapter - Very handy and I've got later plans for the pigtail.
  • Console Vault - Cause you can't CCW everywhere
Plus, I've got a Decked system system enroute; but I kind of wanted that before finding this forum.

Doesn't seem like much considering the other dozen or so items this forum put on my list.

That's a good way to start by getting your feet wet with some smaller items. Hey, at least you got the most important one done first! :like:

In time the rest will just start showing up at your door and your back account will be automatically charged. It's all part of the "terms of service" you signed when you joined here. Welcome to the poor house. ?

Does this provide power even when the truck is turned off?
Yes to a point at default settings. You can change that time till off through Forscan. I think default off your tap (underside Bed connector point) is 2 hours if I remember right.

2 hours is good for me. I like the BMS personally. Nice to know leaving things plugged in wont kill my battery.

I just bought a camping fridge and want it to be charging from the back. Then when i get to camp, I will hook it up to my ryobi batteries or camp electricity if available.

Finally had the time to put on my Shrockworks rock sliders. I hadn't unwrapped the hardware until this afternoon and, low and behold, I'm missing some hardware and a stick nut. I picked up the nuts I needed from ACE, but I'll have to wait for the stick nuts. Nevertheless I installed them because I don't foresee needing to truly use them for a bit.

Another small add. Weathertech Floor Mats, Mudflaps go on tomorrow.

Spent a few hours researching and planning out the in truck electronics package.

This is where I am right now:

- Factory 8” HeadUnit (It has CarPlay and that’s my sole requirement)
- Audison APF8.9 DSP/Amplifier
- Audison PRIMA T-HARNESS FORD 2015+
- Audison ISO EXTENTION IN/OUT 102 IN
- Audison 8CH OUTS CIRC. TERMINALS FEMALE
- Focal BAM Sound Deadening for the doors and rear wall of the cab. I do this to all of my vehicles. The material quiets down the road noise and increases the efficiency of the speakers at lower levels.
- Focal ISFORD165 6.5” Component Speakers
- Focal ICFORD165 6.5” Midbass (Tweeter Removed)
- Rockford Fosgate Powered 10“ Truck Box (Repurpose Woofer and Amp)
- Aussie 10” Speaker Box (Under Rear Seat)
- Speedwire (For connectivity from the AMP to the Tweeters)
- 2AMP Amplifier Power/Wiring Kit

Subject to change as I have so much gear sitting in boxes I should just repurpose for this project and save myself some money.

Well I added Vinyl stickers to match the dash lights and needle markers for the speedometer and rpm..just did the vents and are doing the grille and glove box. They also match my blue lined liners in cup holders etc...
