Good luck. We're getting close.

My blend date was yesterday. Still waiting for the tracker to go "Awaiting Shipment" and the Ford Pass app to show the activation screen. I'm getting the spray-in bed liner, so fingers crossed.

IT'S ALIVE!

My Ford Pass App just got the "activate this vehicle..." message. Tracker still shows "In Production", but we all know the tracker only updates once per day around 7:00 PM CDT.

I hope your lucks better than mine! My Ford Pass App has been active for over a month but my Ranger is still stuck production since 2/07! There is a quality hold on some vehicles due to fit & finish issues! Waiting to be repaired!

Yeah, I’m aware. Been waiting since my order date of 8/25 (and again on 12/13). There’s a few other threads about the quality hold. Does anyone know how many are affected? What is holding things up?

Contacted my dealer and he was able to give me a VIN# and scheduled production week of 3/18 (next week)

Per the Ford Ordering System:
Vehicle Details
Ordered On 1/24/2019
Order Number 123C
VIN 1FTER4FH7KLA32171
Estimated Delivery 4/14/2019
We are twins. Same order week, same production week, and same delivery day. Hope it all comes true! :like:

My ROVP order of 11/5 is now showing in production with a blend date (final assembly?) of 3/20, confirming what the dealer provided to me two weeks ago. The window sticker is now available on line. It's happening!

Did your smartlink activation request appear yet? Mine did after the Tuesday PM tracker

Yep, got the activation message so my Ranger is alive. Tracker still shows in production, probably in line for spray-in bed liner.

From the Blue Oval Forums:

There are reportedly 8000 Mustangs and 3000 Explorers built and parked without steering wheels due to the Mexico strike. There are NO RANGERS associated with steering wheel shortages.

But, I wonder if the strike is somehow causing Ranger shipment delays. I've seen on this forum that there are folks with Rangers built in late January and early February where the trucks are still in Wayne, Michigan.

Mine was built on Monday this week. Maybe it will be on a rail-car or truck along with many of the ones held up for whatever reason.

AARRRGGGGG!!!

Ordered on 11/27/18, when I finally got my VIN and dates showed up on the tracking site, the estimated delivery date was April 7th.

The original production date was listed as March 11, but several days prior to that - meaning they started earlier than originally posted - the web site indicated "In Production"!!! I was a happy camper!

Then yesterday, figuring it might be possible that the delivery date might also be improved, I check the web site again.... WRONG!!!

They've slipped the estimated delivery from April 7 to April 14!!! WHAT GIVES???

Talked to my salesman yesterday. He told me that my Ranger went back to the body shop on 3/05! Ordered in September! In production since 2/07! He thought that the number of vehicles needing repair was around 1,000! I don't know if he got this from the Ford rep. I know there were earlier complaints on the super crew rear door fit. Good luck! I hope we get them soon!

Same 2/7 production date. I was told mine was checked and did not have the issue that they were checking on. Went in the body shop on Thursday and back out on Friday which I believe is the standard operation for the spray in bed liner. Status is still in production, but at least it moved last week. The dealers status history gives them more details than what we can see in our status checker.
