Running off-road w/sway bar disconnected..

I know this is done in other vehicles, are there any safety issues or risks of damage with the Ranger? This would only be done off-road. Just curious if others have done this...Thanks

To start you would want to make a disconnect kit as there has yet to be one available on the market. Safety issues? It is possible if you are not driving smart while offroad and I'm sure we have all been there. And possible damage? Not that I am aware of so you should be ok for the most part.

Two different users on this board have come up with quick disconnect replacements. Both look like pretty nice solutions too. Just remember, they’re there for a reason. It’s when they’re needed most is when the troubles start

I haven’t taken the truck off-road yet. Just got it a month ago. Saw this kit on a guys YouTube video and thought I might try it out.

There is a video on you tube by a young man on Down South Expeditions that has it installed you can see. Doesn't show the flex offroad that great but he does show how it works in a ditch. I'm sure the improvement of wheel travel could do nothing but help the offroad performance of the truck

He's got some videos of some trails I want to do. So I've subscribed haha. Trying to get to Hurricane Creek Trail pretty soon. My buddy has to replace a hub on his Nissan before we can go. But hopefully he's doing it this weekend.

Where is this Hurricane Creek Trail? I used to wheel all over the place around Chattanooga but trails have disappeared in the years past. I'd be down to go wheeling/camping if it's semi close to Chattanooga.
