I installed my new Ready lift intrusion bars. I like them a lot more than the BDS intrusion bars.

Those do look good. I'd prefer them to the fabtech that I have planned but not sure they will clear 295/70r17's...any thoughts on that?

That's a clean install! Where did you get those wire retainer/clips? I've gathered up materials to do this but yours are nicer.
Amazon, copy and paste this info in Google and it will show you an Amazon link. Comes with double sided tape but it's indoor rated so I used my exterior grade 3m tape I had here. Wipe the back of plastic with alcohol as well as the spot on the truck let it dry and stick it on. I used denatured alcohol, some isopropyl alcohols have lanolin in it and it leaves a residue. I also bought the woven loom. 1/4" worked well buy i had to use a Wire fishing stick to pull it thru, the wire end kept snagging.

SZXULI 60 Pcs Cable Clips, Cable Tidy Wire Holder with Strong Self Adhesive Pads, Sticky Wire Clips Mount Round Plastic Cable Cord Organiser for Management Home and Office Cable (Black)
I got the loom on Amazon also.

I used readylifts also. I plan on going p285 70 17s once my wheels come in.

Sorry Paul. I'm running 275/65/r18s on my rig with no problems. I couldn't tell you if yours would work or not. Maybe someone else on here has a better answer for your question.

No problem! So that's 1.2" less diameter than the 295's and 0.6" less clearance to the crash bars. What offset and lift are you running and how much clearance do you have at the tightest gap when turning your wheels? Thanks for the reply!

Ok... I have a Readylift 3" SST lift and my offset on my wheels is +18. I have about 1.5 inches of clearance with the wheels at full lock in the front. I still have the factory intrusion bars in the back, but you will gain about and inch if you install the Readylift ones on the backside.

Installed the Amp Research Bedxtender HD Max. Fits fine with my Retraxpro tonneau cover. No special install, no spacer kit or anything. Also of note, if your bed has spray liner on it, make sure to use a M6 tap to clean up the mounting holes. If I had not done that before installing the bolts, probably would have broke at least one of the bolts in the mounting holes. Fortunately, I had heard this tip beforehand.

More work on my upgraded rack panels. Designed and test fit the middle mending plate and front end plate before they get a black finish.

Now the piece of metal I used as a visual aide is too short and not long enough, but it gives you a general idea the wind fairing system I will be integrating. I am debating if I want to add some marker lighting to the wind fairing, ie Ranger raptor grill, but for the platform rack.

Or I could add a single large marker light on the front end plate. I dunno, I'm quite a bit away from that point.

Hi Folks,

Yesterday I went out and grabbed my Metric micrometer to measure the diameter of the OEM tow hooks for another forum member. I also gave it a pat on the nose and then rolled it back about half a foot to give me more clearance to the access to the RV garage and my shop behind the RV.

best,

Nice, Jack ...do you get hassled in GA for that?? Not sure how that would go over here in PA...probably no issue in Bama tho, I've been shooting there in the past, but didn't bring my own guns.
