Mine came with 2" apparently and that's what happened to the front when the dealer installed it. 2".
Money well spent for me as it changed the ride tremendously.

Got mine on today too, finally warm enough here in Ohio! OEM Ford flaps I got free with my Ford pass points. Also got my door glass tinted to match the rest, put on some door edge guard, and installed Bedrug liner and roll-up tonneau cover.

Looks great! Looking to do the same. Which roll up tonneau did you go for?

How much are you guys paying for that stuff on ebay?

One can of satin black and one can of satin clear and I did both my emblems, my front grill trim, and my fender vents. I think I'm out like $10 tops.

I did spent a couple of hours properly removing and prepping all the items though.

I am sort of tempted to self-paint my fender flares....

I took apart my emblems and painted them and put them back together. They looked good. The front has gotten all stone chipped up this winter. The rear still looks new. Super frustrating. I might just spray the front one black and be done with it.

Nice! You used the Trac Electronics module, correct? How was the installation?
It wasn't bad at all. The harness they sent me had a couple of wires swapped - that resulted in everything working backwards (mirror folding when unlocking the car). So that delayed things a day - but they got back to me quickly and even made a video showing how to fix the harness. Quick easy fix.

Overall - I really really like the module. The Lariat version of this truck should work this way stock from the factory.

I have leftover parts from making my own LED bed lights so I made a 20 inch one (weather proof) and used 3M tape to mount it under the hood, I didn't want to drill holes so I opted not to use the 2 different plunger type of switches I had on hand, instead I was able to locate a tilt switch aka mercury switch, yes they still make them just have it enclosed in plastic and a new name (Amazon) ran the wires in loom and tucked it in nicely around and thru the hood. I could not locate a fuse box adapter that fit the fuse slots under the hood so I put 1/4" ring connectors on and attached it to the battery using 2 oem nuts. Put the 3 Amp fuse in line on the positive line and the switch on the negative line. Works!

The fuses under the hood have an odd spacing. I found fuses that fit easy enough but no parts store had a mounted fuse adapter ( 2 fuses 1 slot).

That's a clean install! Where did you get those wire retainer/clips? I've gathered up materials to do this but yours are nicer.

I agree! I plan on the same module but haven't ordered yet as I won't have my truck until May, but plan to soon. How will I be able to tell if the wires are reversed (prior to hooking everything up)? Maybe you can DM me?
