Maybe the Bronco will have the ambient light option. I had it in my Fusion and thought it was stoopid until I got it set to the right color and now I want it in my truck.

EDIT: Dumb post now that I've read about all the Lariet options available.
They do have it but you have to get a different model with the higher trim levels. For right now I'm just going with the Base and adding the Sasquatch package. If I hit the lottery between now and then I'm going all out loaded Badlands. ?

You’re not going to believe this, but I installed the tailgate damper last night.
Did one myself this past Saturday. It keeps me from having to set down my murse and double soy avocado chai tofu latte to open the tailgate.

Yesterday, I opted to have the left rear panel below the bumper repainted instead of touched up...I'm particular about the cosmetics on the Truck. I got some outrageous estimates at some paint and body shops here in the city. Then I checked with another one that has a great reputation and good reviews. Their estimate was down to earth: $100.00, and they did a good job.

How did the scratch occur? I pulled the Truck into the garage and didn't get it in quite far enough. The inside of the garage door clipped a section on the outside of the rear bumper rubber leaving a cut about 1/16" deep; and also left a scratch in the paint on the panel just below the rubber bumper about 1" long and 1/8" wide. Fortunately, the bumper was not dented, only scratched. I not going to do any repair to the bumper rubber itself because it is almost impossible to get a touch up pen, filler or paint to match its color. A color that does not match will stand out more than just leaving the cut like it is. The shop matched the color of the paint with the right rear panel perfectly. I'm attaching before and after photos of this...
