Just got this from my dealer:

No changes this week. It is normal, there is likely a backlog of trucks waiting to be shipped out, this is a new model, and sometimes it takes a little bit to get it scheduled for shipping.

In better news their dealer stock XLTs have arrived at the port and will be delivered soon.

The general manager of my store that I am dealing with is about as furious as I am for the lack of feedback on the status of my Ranger. It showed a build date of 3/11/2019 after we removed the keypad. Still no VIN#, Simply amazing! I have zero confidence my truck is going to be built at this point without a VIN# assigned.

1/12, I expect build will be late March, deliver late April early May.

just got an email from my salesperson at Bill Brown Ford In Livonia Michigan, my build date is 4/08/19 and she said it should arrive about a week after that.

so... now that i have a build date...i'll have a 2015 F150 XLT FX4 S-CREW for sale soon

H! I also ordered mine from Bill Brown. Supposedly they sold the 1st Ranger in NA according to Ford! My blend date was 2/06 but still shows in production! I got a factory spray in liner too! Meeting with my salesman on Monday. Says should be in next week! Maybe their tracking is better! I hope so but not holding my breath! I ordered in October!

The build date is assigned after a VIN number so I don't know how you got one without the other.

This is what my dealer sent me. I redacted the dealer name/dealer code. it clearly shows the build week. My dealer isn't happy that a VIN# has not been provided yet as well. Yes...it was ordered as a stock unit and the very first order submitted by the dealer. The goal was that the first stock unit would get built before a retail one. Then the kepad issue. We removed the keypad and the screenshot below reflected a build week after the keypad (which was on constraint) was removed.

To all, maybe if you call Ford Corporate Consumer Relations, 1-800-392-3673 and open a complaint case we can get them to rectify these issues. (Ramp Jail, commodities delays, etc.) I have one filed about the RAMP JAIL lets see what happens. Ford should give us the choice of Spray in bed liner with the "cool" Ford logo or our truck. It shouldn't take 3 weeks from truck completion to delivery when the dealer is 10 miles from the plant like @MI2TRAC, or 150 miles like me.

Customer Relations will just call your dealer and let them know they have an upset customer. Best direction is Dealer and Dealer Rep..

For clarification I am 60 miles from the plant.

Heard from my dealer late today. Now the rep is saying my order might slide to late March or early April. Found a Lightning Blue Ranger in transit to another dealer 50 miles away. Configured like my Hot Pepper Red one and has the factory spray in bedliner. My dealer is going to work on getting that one for me. Tired of waiting.

I can't blame anyone geting sick and tired of waiting for there truck only to see it pushed back even longer.

I am in the mindset right now the longer it takes to get here the more satisfied I will be when it finally shows up.

Just spoke to Mira Loma & they said they will deliver it tonight so we should have in the morning if they really do it.
