Well it sounds like the guy at the dealership didn't know what he was doing, oh well at least it is fixed

Here’s the before and after. The lid I got from the factory had a sharp point on the tip of the lid. This one does not have.

OK at the dealership now they had to pull out the entire center consul to remove the lid of the armrest.The two screws to remove that are at the bottom. Here’s the pic of the mechanic showing me where the screws were to remove the lid. The new lid is different from the factory doesn’t look like...

That's good to know if they put the same armrest in as when the truck was built.

The dealership called me yesterday parts finally in. Tuesday morning getting it replaced will show before and after pics.

Unfourtunly this seems not to be a rare case as the dealer told me, there have been lots of replacements ordered for this. Back-ordered for one and a half months and counting for me.

My armrest in the front has completely come apart dealership took pictures and warranty replacement has been approved but has been on backorder for over a month now called today still none in sight. My emergency brake hasn't done that....yet.

Ok, thanks Costie. But I don't see an option to upgrade my 2019 ranger to that though. Sync system confuses me to no end. There is a reason I want to do this. When I hook my iPhone with USB it locks my screen every time and needs to refresh it to get it to work and also at times get the blue...

I have been gone for a while and I have updated my sync 3 to 3.3.19052 and verified it but the ford site keeps telling me I need to update to this. Does it take ford sometime to update the web site for my next update? I know I am way behind all of you. I also use a USB Samsung for updates...

I just called CarID cause mine stills says July 15 and he said order still active. So I am going to continue to wait, hell been on order since Feb 3 and can't find any others out there available. Hopefully it will come July 15, but wouldn't be surprised it's pushed back again
