SUCCESS!! I'm not quite sure what the magic value(s) were (I was only trying to change exactly what I needed to) - I ended up changing 4 values to match the file that was attached here and after a couple attempts and power cycles, my climate menu returned.

These are the values I changed:

7D-01-01 AA2A 0403 03B7 - Note: I know the 3 in 03B7 turns on the heated seat icon on the home page
7D-01-02 022A 0204 8894

7D-02-01 5753 0106 C04B - the last quartet I had to do a couple of times - it kept changing to C04F after I wrote the data - it finally stuck after a couple attempts

7D-04-01 0000 3300 0D1C

The climate menu was missing on mine as well and when I made these changes it did bring it back, however the surround sound option for the B&O system disappeared. This happened on Sync v3.4.20021. I was able to get it back by restoring the previous settings and changing IPC 720-05-01 to D8B8 from D888 instead.

I remember in my early Mazda3 days that the window/door post (matte black) is actually a sticker and underneath it is painted like the rest of the truck. I definitely see in mine like it has a few bubbles. I'm tempted to remove them like I did on my Mazda3. In my mind, the painted post look more refined and like they belong.

Digging your build man! Keep it up.

This is what I mentioned earlier:

For the extra rumble the B&O is missing.

Love all the mods you have done. Definitely giving me some ideas on things to do on mine. Curious how you wired this in to the existing sound system,

Lost the factory mudflaps due to the flares. Remedy: Universal mudflaps. May or may not change placement.

Just in time for summer. Took forever but I finally got my heated steering wheel project done. Last parts, and most important, were the terminals for the heating element to the spring clock. Wired up the relay module to the corresponding slots in the side of the spring clock on the column. Installed the 6 way switch in the 12 volt socket. Wrapped the element around the stock wheel and wrapped and stitched the aftermarket leather cover over. Gave me the look steering wheel lock I wanted on top with the perforated leather. The wrap wasn't prefect and wasn't made to stitch the very bottom so I'll wrap it with something I find later. Unfortunately, the wrap was a bit short to wrap the entire thing so I had to compromise between where the wires go and the uncovered area

Looks great Ray. Just curious, where did you find the blank pins for the added wires on the connectors?

The ones on the side of the column are Ford but the ones for the string wheel harness i had to search, with the help of someone in the Fusion forums, the original source. It took forever to track them down and was able to order samples. They ended up being the right ones.

Winch tray mostly done. Still need to drill and move the front bumper sensors and fabricate front mounting tabs for the front skid plate since they're aren't any from the kit. Not trimming of the skid plate though.

You did a great job with this. Shame it doesn't come standard with the ability to run the skid plate. 589Fab is sold out of their hidden mount and this option doesn't let you run the skid plate without some extra work. Suppose to be going on a trip next month, I may be S.O.O.L.

Keep up the great stuff!

I decided to use the stock mount to remount the skid plate. I cut ithem off the stock tow hooks. One bracket welded on and both parking sensors relocated. Of course I ran out of argon to finish welding the second bracket.

FYI, disconnect the battery for at least 10 minutes for the front sensors to do what little recalibration they can on their own. I get getting the blocked and pre-collision not available initially. It may have been the tow hooks. Everything works fine after the battery disconnect.

And it's done. Welded up the second skid plate bracket and it looks just like stock again. Relocated the active cruise control module cause I completely spaced and forgot the ACC was getting blocked by the winch. Ordered the relocation bracket this morning but decided to modify the stock one myself and it worked out saving me a good chunk of money. Anyone interested in a relocation bracket before I cancel it tomorrow? Lol.

Just picked it up today. Got invoice on it and spray in bed liner thrown in. Already picked up a leveling kit, tailgate assist and tuner. Now I just need some time to get started.
