I installed some storage cases behind the wheel well. Took me some time to find the right ones but my motivation was being a cheap bastard, who didn't want to spend 600€ on those sweet swing cases.

I went with a version of the "really useful box". Not sure if these are available all over the globe but I know they are in Europe. I picked the 19l variant which I think is originally meant for LPs. I wanted something that doesn't stick out too far towards the center of the bed. Unfortunately I didn't find one that hides perfectly in the corner behind the wheel well (15cm/6 inches). The measurements of this box are 39cm/15.35 inches x 25.5cm/10 inches x 33cm/13 inches, 25.5 cm being the width from the bed wall to the center of the bed.

Considering I payed 23€ per box, I think this is a really neat solution, obviously only if you have a bed cover. If I get into more offroady stuff, I might add some "belt loops" to the cases, although the belts I bought have some rubber coating which sit pretty tight. If I have to carry something that requires the full bed, I'll just drop them behind the front seats or something.

Right side is tools, rope, gloves and other "dirty" essentials. Left side is shopping bags and rugs.

Oh and I also bought a cooler for behind the passenger seat. Took the woman to the Ijsselmeer in the Netherlands yesterday, it was nice to have some cool drinks. I'm slowly trying to ease her into camping, she already likes travelling in the ranger, staying overnight with a tent is the next step!

Yesterday I took a trip up through the Adirondacks to the town of Inlet. Stopped for a Nitro Coldbrew coffee and one for the road home! Cool little town, and great coffee!

Installed the Raptor grill from stage 5 Motorsports. It was a pain but I managed to not break any of the tabs on the old grill.

I trust my tire guy, I told him what I was looking for, and he took care of everything. Checked with me once he got the setup and then ordered. A local making It on his own
I prefer to do things myself. That way I learn something and save money at the same time.

But the reality is..... lock lugs sure as hell ain't rocket science.

Installed the rough country 6” lift and the 589 winch mount with a smutty bolt winch so I took the horse trailer out for about an hour to see how the truck handled it. Everything went great and the truck didn’t miss a beat. Still need to pull the trigger on a livernois though. Once I get that my truck is done.
