I saw this done on another thread here. I was looking to discreetly run my charging cord for my galaxy. I previously had it mounted on the windshield like most and the cord running up from the USB port to the phone just annoyed me. So it's still plugged into one of the USB ports, I have a trim tool removal set, although not necessarily needed, I ran the cord up under the panel above the usb port. Then pulled the glovebox dow. And the trim with the "Ranger" stamped in it off and ran the cord up the left side of the vent. Popped the dash tray off, took a drill bit and made a clean hole directly in the corner and cleaned it up nice with a file and ran my cord through and put it all together. I had ordered an Aonkey brand neoprene phone/tablet holder for like 11 bucks off Amazon that fits the tray awesome with some sticky adhesive spot on the bottom. The whole set up looks great in my opinion. Only other thing I would like is a rubber grommet to fit the hole so it would look factory made.

Mounted a hi-lift jack. I mounted it on the bed rail first. Not a good plan. This is temporary until I get a different mount to mount it on the bed floor near the cab. I would mount it vertical at the cab but due to my LED light bar there is not enough room to mount it there.

mocked up the bumper, will probably finish the install today, but I need a second pair of hands, waiting for my father.

I can't wait to get one for my truck! How much of a PITA is that going to be to install without an engine hoist?

Oh yeah! Is the lighting plug-&-play?

Did a little to the Ranger and a little for the Ranger.

Finally got around to opening up my paint sprayer and painted the garage walls. Been procrastinating since buying the house a year ago. I was hoping the white paint would brighten things up a bit but it wasnt enough so I added some lighting. From 5800 lumens to 31,200 of LED glory.

Took Napoleon (yes I named my truck Napoleon because my wife said he has little truck syndrome) for his first oil change and rotated the tires. Afterwards, decided today was a perfect day to test the lighting by doing a deep clean, wax and polish.

One may say, today was a spa day.

The paint and lighting look really good. I did the same as my first retirement project. Also did the floor with race deck tiles. Now I am running out of wall space. No room for Marilyn.

Ive been considering those tiles but having a hard time biting the bullet on the cost. I can epoxy the floor for about 4-500 but I dont want to deal with emptying out the contents for a few days. The tiles are way more convenient but so pricey. I’d need about 650 squares.

My floor was in pretty bad shape after 25 years of abuse. Some pretty large cracks, lots of oil and paint stains. I don't think any amount of epoxy would have made it look good. I was also thinking it would be hard to make it stick with some places having soaked in oil. It has been 3 years and the tiles still look good. I think I used about 530 tiles. Race Deck brand is a little pricey but if you watch, they do run sales. And there are less expensive brands.

BTW your Ranger looks good too. I like the ATs and the level.
