My Toyota lives! Just needs a few repairs and it will be as good as new. I wasn't looking forward to the cost of a new Ranger and a new car.

I'm trading two: a '99 Ranger 4X4 with 72,000 miles and an '02 Mitsubishi Eclipse with 64,000 miles.
Have you tried Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace?

My dealer made a big show about how they were going to "give me the best price for my 2006 Ranger". Then they offered me $1,500, even though it has a $4,000 private party value. I listed it on Craigslist and sold it the same day for double in cash.

I assume your Ranger will have lots of interest.

Damn, glad everyone's OK.

I was having that same debate, does a new Ranger makes sense at $35K, when a new Civic or Corolla is $20k? I'm glad you will be able to keep the new Ranger.

That is good to know. I will be selling my 2005 FX4 as well to get as much as possible. KBB says private party value is over 11k - I'm going to ask $10,500. It only has 80k miles on it and is in good shape.

Trucks are very popular right now, especially affordable ones. I put it on Craigslist at a very competitive price and got offers in a few minutes.

Well... if I actually go through with it I will be trading a 2015 Mustang and selling a 2008 Tacoma. I'm looking for a vehicle that I can flat tow behind an RV. I'm also considering a big move and if that happens I need to get rid of a few things. I'm having a tough time deciding on the Mustang. I never planned to keep it forever but I did special order it and it's fun to drive.

I'm not deciding until I can see them in the car lots.

Well, I'm not replacing, just adding! This is what I'm in now.

It will be a 2011 quad cab Dakota with 4.7 and 2WD.

I've been on the fence for about two years trying to decide on a replacement for my Dakota. If the Ranger feels feels as powerful, handles as well and rides better then it will be a sure bet.

Possibly replacing my Jeep Rubicon with a Ranger depending on what I think when I see one in person. If that doesn’t go well it’ll be a Bronco. And if THAT doesn’t go well either then I guess I’ll fork up the extra money for an F-150 Lariat. One of those will be added to the garage

Yes I know, “angry eyes”, it was a poor decision years ago and I have since misplaced the oem grill. Gotta live with my mistakes.

It’s a 2018 w/ electronics pack, I was looking at a black one with no stripes actually, really like the look, but got a better deal on this one. It’s not going anywhere, the Shelby’s my first permanent addition to my garage, I’ll keep it forever. But I’ll be switching out daily drivers every 4-6 years probably, so I’m waiting to see how the Ranger and later Bronco are in person and make the choice from there.

Probably the 10th Ranger I've had over the years.

I am selling my 2004 Tundra double cab. I like the size of the 1st Gen Tundra, but hate the gas mileage. Looking forward to the tech and MPG upgrades with the Ranger, while keeping a reasonable size for city and garage parking.

My father-in-law has a early 2000's SuperCab Ranger like this. It made me want to get my own Ranger.

2012 Frontier, its been a decent truck.

My first truck was a 79 f150, then 85 ranger 4x4 reg cab, 87 Ranger 4x4 ext cab, both 5 speeds. Then a kid came along so, 92 Explorer lifted, 01 Sport trac, lifted, 2010 Sport trac lifted, then ford stopped making small trucks:frown:

The Tacomas were ridiculously priced and no way Id be seen in a GM product, so Frontier it was, cant wait to get back in a Ford.
