Are these supposed to be standard or optional?

Earlier builds included 6. At some point Ford changed to only including 4. Two in front, two in rear, none in center.

yeah I got 4. I figured I'd be able to fettle a bracket to go there that would keep a bed organizer I plan on building in place after I get my Tonneau cover put on.

I only got 4 on mine. Called the dealer to ask about it and they told me that it depended on what options my truck had (which I’m sure it doesn’t) and to come down so he can look at my window sticker

CC With 8/16/19 build date and only got 4 hooks, ordered two more and the bolts from dealer.

The sales brochure from 2019 indicates that all versions of the truck come with 6 tiedown hooks pre-installed as standard equipment. Mine only had 4 in it, and the dealer said "that's how they all come - you have to order the other 2." I pointed out the specific listing in the sales brochure (which is still available on Ford's website) and they responded that they'd been ordered and would arrive this week.

I was going to order two more plus four bolts, until I heard that the bolts were $6 a piece. And, no mine was not supposed to have 6, just 4.....ridiculous pricing!

Not sure for the US model but the Canadian one has 4 standard and 6 with the 302A package. Mine came with 4 even if I have the 302A package. I'm arguing with the dealer right now...
