They share the same engine, and as far as I can tell, the same turbo, as well.

Is this engine capable of achieving the 350/350 numbers of the RS?

The only parts I haven't seen in the wild, for the Ranger, is an intercooler.

It is not the same engine.

But a basic tune willl get you to 400lb ft of torque.

My weak preprogrammed 91 octane tune with no other mods probably has me close to 300hp and 325 torque at the wheels. Couple bolt ons and a real tune will easily make way more power.

The motor is supposed to be an upgrade of the Valencia RS motor with a different head design to prevent blowing headgaskets.
My wife’s mustang has that motor also , 2020 HPP Ecoboost 300 HP and 350 crank torque ( bigger turbo )my friend just tuned his Ecoboost ( which he has fabricated into a Beamer) in the 342/ 460 torque range , my conservative tuned stock ranger has 388 lb/ ft torque at the rear wheels. I will try to pull up his Dyno results.

There are intercoolers available. Try Levels Performance..

So that's roughly 338HP and 455TQ figuring 15% driveline losses.
