Upside, the way Ford's quality has been going it's 2400 less things to break. Maybe they eliminated blend door actuators.

Probably less parts with a $10k price increase. Someone has to pay for the EV side losses. This may just be to scare people into buying the large inventories of F150s currently on dealers lots.

I got my Ranger at a Ford dealer a mile south of my office. They have a vacant lot a mile north of my office chock full of Eff One Fiddys but haven't had a Ranger on their lot in six months.
The economy sucks, interest rates are still going up, and vehicles cost too damn much.
I look at it as I need 4wd, air conditioning, and cruise control. Anything else is gravy and I can live without.
