From car max on my ‘19 Ranger w/13.5K:

Your Offer
$36,000*
Valid through Saturday, 11/6/21

I was surprised that the pricing is still going on. It is tempting and then wait for the F150 Lightning.

anyone have good or bad stories going through a process of selling your ride online to a business?

Sold my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek to Carvana. Fastest, painless, enjoyable car sale I ever went through.
Had 50,000 miles plus another 30,000 towed miles behind motor home. Overall in good cond, and I figured around $13-$15 thousand via private sale, after checking prices for like vehicles. On line application, within an hour they offered $20,760. Couldn't hit the accept key fast enough. 3 days later their rep comes to house, takes a few photos, sign power of atty, and she hands me a check for full amount. 2 hours later flatbed shows up, and Subi is gone !!!
Only paid $24,000 for it in 2013, so 8 years of ownership only cost me $3 grand.
Additionally, CarMax must get info on line cause they sent me an e-mail 2 days later, offering me $14,000. Told them they were a week and 7 grand too late.

That's a great offer! I'll admit as much as I love my Ranger I'd have to really think hard with an off like that.

Had to sell my dad's '15 Sienna xle since he passed. Hated to do it but both me and my brother made the choice to split it. Only had 29K on it.
Carmax was the clear winner here with an offer 0f 23,400. So smooth too!

There are other threads where I posted selling my 2009 outback to Carvana. Painless. Wouldn't buy from them though.

Carmax has the current highest offer for mine, followed by Carvana and then Vroom.

That's thousands more than I paid for it. My truck is paid for so nothing to pay off.

I'm still seriously considering it, but there's nothing out there right now that I'd rather have than the Ranger.

If I decide to accept it I'll do the KBB Instant Cash Offer first just to see before signing it over.

After running into AZScorpion on the JL forums I figured I’d come see what everyones getting offered.

2 weeks ago I got a call asking about my daughters Jeep JK from a dealership up the road. I told them no thanks and jokingly said “you can buy my Ranger”. 2 hours later I drove out with a new JL and said goodbye to the Ranger.

34,999 miles and they paid off the $29,264 loan as well as an additional $4,000 as a down payment on the Jeep. I paid just over $34,000 for the Ranger XLT 2 years ago. Crazy times.
