WTF is that !!! ?
It's a piece of hose. I have been letting the transmission drip all day and will get under there tomorrow and look around. I am not convinced its from the transmission... Or, a part used in the transmission.

After letting it sit for several days to drain, I got under and took a look around to see if anything looked out of place. I don't suspect this part came from the transmission, more likely used for assembly or just being sloppy.

New filter and almost 8.5 quarts for fluid later, it's running as it should.

I did drop the driver's rear corner transmission bolt into a small hole in the frame... My BT snake cam and some small magnets in glove finger made it pretty easy to get out. It's amazing how easy it fell in that small hole. :)

I have been using the truck daily this year... My daughter ignored her coolant temp (she saw it) and kept driving her CR-V after the radiator decided to crack under the cap, and now I have to replace a head gasket.

I did just drive the truck to Ohio and back. It had a bit of shimmy at 70+ mph and I had noticed it drving to events locally. I decided to take advantage of my dad's lift and take the wheels off and have them balanced. All of them were off to some degree.

I also noticed some cupping on the inner front tires. My buddy and I ended up doing an alignment and put it back to spec. He used to be a Tesla engineer and driver and mentioned about how they had to start doing an incorrect/out of spec alignment on their cars as once the bushings and such settled, it would be within spec. We suspect that is what happened here.

Tires back on and rotated and it was a nice smooth and quiet ride back. I had plenty of times during the drive that I went 90+ to get away from idiots on the road... Mustly truckers that insist on passing each other at .5mph or less delta.

I'll have to remember to check mileage when I fill up, but the dash showed decent numbers.

I also got tired of hurting my knees and ankles when in the bed of the truck, so I installed a Bed Rug. This also made installing my molle panel and air bag pump and controller. I still have to install the air bags... Should have brought them to Ohio. :)
