WTF is that !!! ?
It's a piece of hose. I have been letting the transmission drip all day and will get under there tomorrow and look around. I am not convinced its from the transmission... Or, a part used in the transmission.

After letting it sit for several days to drain, I got under and took a look around to see if anything looked out of place. I don't suspect this part came from the transmission, more likely used for assembly or just being sloppy.

New filter and almost 8.5 quarts for fluid later, it's running as it should.

I did drop the driver's rear corner transmission bolt into a small hole in the frame... My BT snake cam and some small magnets in glove finger made it pretty easy to get out. It's amazing how easy it fell in that small hole. :)
