Wrong door handle

Bought my 2022 Lariat Tremor on Saturday and had a funny feeling this afternoon that something wasn’t right.

Then I realized that one of the door handles doesn’t match the other three… SMH

Are you being serious? Not April Fools, ok, check.

Was your truck not QC'd @ MAP? I'd be looking for other things like different colored seats. Maybe you got 6 bed tie downs and a glove box damper, and only one hood strut.

Yep. Completely threw me. Dealership was dumbfounded too. They are two hours away; going to visit the one two miles from me tomorrow and try to get a warranty action going.

Holy Sh_t!!!! That is amazing, I can't see how this kind of thing even happens, but I have never worked in a factory either. Even the detailer didn't notice it. Do your mirrors match?

Once the dealer puts in a claim for that the process starts at the factory to find out who is responsible and then correct it. Pretty amazing what they know from just a VIN number. They will know who, what day, what time and the lot of parts it came from. Hope it’s the new guy or they’re getting written up.

I am astounded this got out of the plant....I have been quite vocal about the assembly quality from Michigan Truck since the 2019 model year....They HAVE to get their act together. The plant manager needs to be removed in my opinion...This is just flat inexcusable. Sad, Sad, Sad....

I can't see how that made it out the door. It shouldn't have even left the Driver Side Rear Door Handle Install station. Several people had to shit the bed for that one getting to the customer. ?
