So our Ford Bronco Sport which we use all the time in the snow, offroad trails, and just about anywhere anytime needed to go in for a recall. And a tire sensor wasn't communicating with the system.

So I called end of last week and got quick help and set up a drop off day and time (which was today).
We drop it off and everyone is very nice and says we'll take care of it and give you a call.

An hour and a half later I get a call and the Bronco is done and ready to go. They ask me "would you like us to drop it off". I'm thinking oh boy what is this going to cost. They said free of charge and sent me a text to confirm.

15 minutes later this very nice girl pulls up out front and hands me the receipt. No charge.
I handed her a $20 and she didn't want to take it. I told her I was working on my Ranger and she saved me a lot of time, she thanked me and her valet picked her up.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this place over the last few years and I very happy so far with everything I've had to deal with with respect to them.

There are some exceptional dealers out there.

I know these aren't everyones cup of tea, but it has been great for us and we love it!

The dealer I use for maintenance does the same. If I make an appointment for 4PM, I'll be out before 5. They also offer to pick my truck from my work, take it to the shop, do the maintenance, then return it. No additional charge.
This level of customer service is why I am dealing with them on a new truck, rather the place I bought it.

There are some good dealers. The one I deal with is top notch! Service department matched a a competitor Ford dealerships below MSRP price for a part, even bought me lunch when a damaged tire replacement was taking longer because the supier tire store delivered the wrong tire.

When the wife Bronco Sport had a recall, the local dealer sent techs to the house to do the computer update in our driveway. Ford has started going above and beyond in this area.

Love to hear this.
I know we get a lot of gripes when it comes to what's wrong with our vehicles so anything positive I'll take. I guess we got to vent somewhere - it is just somewhat calming to hear the good spin from time to time.

This is how every dealership should be! What's sad is we now feel this is going above and beyond when it use to be standard practice. We have come to except sub par work and customer service and when we get exceptional service it's like some miracle now.

Love to hear the positive experiences with dealerships. I have been pleased with my dealership since the new owners took over. They seem to have instilled a new mind set for the employees.
