Star Wars.....YA know I have never seen any Star Wars film. Must be the only one in this world.

My wife is not quite 4'11". She climbs up into our ex-USMC special forces armored gun truck MTVR motorhome to drive it with no added running boards, and it's a whole heck of a lot bigger than an 18-wheel tractor-trailer rig...

Lol.

It's completely stock, with no added running boards. The first step on the MTVR is about 26.5" from the shop floor, and the Ranger's door sill is about 21" from the shop floor.

Keep in mind also, that running boards reduce ground clearance. I have to laugh, when someone lifts a truck, and then adds running boards. Why not just lower the truck until you can get in?

I bought the truck for me, She wanted the expedition. Once she drove the Ranger, She confiscated it and made it hers. I have to ask permission to drive "My" Truck. in the big scheme of things it is only fair. She cannot drive a standard, so the only one who can drive the MX-5 Miata is me. The Miata and the Ranger have the same 0 - 60 Times, the Miata is just more nimble.
