I'm not sure if this is my last ARB product as they don't seem to answer emails nor their social media links.

Unless I am missing something on Google, I am just trying to find out if I can purchase the premium aluminum case for the 8.5' awning so I can retro fit it to replace the plain jane gray bag they ship in.

Jack, I hope that this works out for you because that aluminum case would look GREAT with your custom rack. Fingers crossed.

I could always sell the one I bought and just toss the few extra bones for a new complete unit.

I'm just getting sick and tired of companies so big for their britches they can't answer new sales inquiries.

People who answer emails or social media within 72 hours (often much quicker if not over the weekend):

RCI Metalworks
5 Star Tuning
LEDOnlineStore
Stage 3 Motorsports
Diode Dynamics
RTR
Random Amazon Chinese Factory

People who never responded to emails or social media messages (multiple attempts over lengths of time):

ARB
Rough Country

100% agree - if companies have a strong online presence and want the business, they need to respond to people’s inquiries. It’s just common sense.

Its not like my lack of a sale is going to hurt them, but I am not going to beg them to sell me their product either. Meh.

I really like the 270 poleless awnings that are out now. $900-$2500 is a lot of cheese for an awning though.
