What the hell is wrong with Amazon and/or USPS?

I ordered a console tray from Amazon & they said delivery would be February 16 Well, I waited 1 1/2 years to get it, I guess another 6 weeks won't make a difference.

Is it being delivered by The Wells Fargo Wagon or The Pony Express ?

Here is a fun one I just had... There is an entire leg of this journey that was completely unnecessary.

I struggled with the same question for a way more time. I ordered a bathroom scale from Amazon. As I was following the tracking, it said it first arrived in my city. It was sent to the Amazon center in California and later returned to the local postal office. I obviously could understand the matter. Why would the carrier like to make 2 roads instead of one? So I contacted Amazon via their Support Center and asked what was wrong with the order. I was told it was something normal for deliveries to smaller cities. They run it to the central facility first.

We actually get outstanding service from Amazon via USPS. Most items are 1 day from their distribution center in Vegas to our little hole in the wall town.
