Yeah I try to forget about the state of the economy as much as possible. If I didn't I'd be drinking all day long!

As far as taking the senior discount goes I was a little depressed the first time I got mine. Some places here give it to you at 55 and I just turned 58. Now I look for it and figure heck, I made it this long I might as well enjoy any perc that comes along with it!
That's how I am with Vets discounts.

Yes, I know the difference. I have a plan for them in the works I needed them here first to send off to another company for customization.

I know it's easy to make assumptions and I appreciate the info.

"...I got these in the mail today, now I need to send them off to get the plate customized." (hint hint)

But, yea I did assume. It happens. My bad. We've seen lots of weird stuff on here, like a guy putting F-150 badges on his Ranger.

Yeah you can switch out that biturbo plate with anything. How'd you get them?
Actually found them on Amazon for $125 and free shipping. The price was $15 more than eBay I took the gamble and a month later they were here.

No need to apologize and no hard feelings. But yes I found a website you can have badges made out of aluminum on their cnc machines and no minimum order. You pitch them your idea, they mock it up in CAD and when you approve the final design it gets made.

And looking at all the side vents I went with these for the channel in the center for the new badge to sit in and can be larger than the bi-turbo insert.

I debated having the badge made the size of the XLT insert but I don't have enough room for what I want.

I'm a good little forum member and @AzScorpion will be pleased that I follow what he says (and others too, I'm not that brainwashed ... yet!) and I got this today:

Lots of extensions to make it out of the garage, especially during winter. Turns out I didn't need the extra battery connector, it comes with a fused one, but I can use this on my kayak pump's motorcycle battery.

Here's that silicone bumper if anyone's curious. It's sticky as you can see from bed crumbs and it certainly won't slide off anything easily. Plus I suppose it's a tiny bit of drop protection (not that I ever drop anything). =p

Thank God for Redline hood struts and easy-to-open battery clamps - my damper-weakened arms appreciate it.

And my battery's low, I'm curious how long to a full charge ... now to read the manual (derr, after hooking it up? well I did glance at it before plugging it in). No need to have Soupie boil over!
