Yeah. I saw 2.69 and said better fill up now.
Not only that, but the truck kept saying 15 to empty,
10 to empty
I get it already. I heard you the last 50 miles. Your thirsty. Lol
Been a long time since I saw $2.69/gal! Wow! Sounds like you needed that fill-up at that price!

I use creamer occasionally during the holidays, but I prefer it black (& I don’t mean brown water:wink:).

Hi Folks,

Sort of a sad day, My cross cul-d-cac neighbor lost his wife to COPD due to heavy smoking... So he offered me his wife's computer for the RV as the All In One that I bought in Flagstaff died, hard drive failure. So the Ranger and I picked up her SSD desktop computer to install in the coach. Sad day for the Ranger and me....God bless Sue M.... She was a fine lady and will be missed.

So now to hook up this computer and make it Margie's and My RV computer....

RIP Sue!

Best,
Phil

Put in gas!!

this will show my age ... when i had my first truck my buddies and i would stop for gas and pay about 5 bucks for 5 gallons... we would cram 4 of us in a single cab truck five bucks each was a full tank, entire weekend of shenanigans. whats even more shocking- not having to swipe or tap anything. didnt even pre pay! the person working the station just eyeballed you from the window, you waved, they nodded and turned on the pumps. apparently the wave an nod was an agreement not to fill up the tank and bolt without paying. first time i saw a pay before pumping sign i thought what the hell... how do i know how much to pay when i havent pumped any fuel yet, why is this station so suspicious of customers ?‍♂.

So sorry about your neighbor’s wife, Phil. They are fortunate to have such a good neighbor as you. I hope you and Margie are able to enjoy your Thanksgiving and I hope all is well with you both.

Nice truck Joe. And I see you were a firefighter, so thank you for all you did for your community. My brother-in-law had a Dakota crewcab in that color and we always called it "the firetruck"...until the engine blew and he couldn't find a replacement. He went on to get a Silverado ?. Mine is Hot Pepper Red and never mistaken for a "firetruck"!!
