in keeping with current design trends for large grills with big brand letters, heres the 2023 ranger raptor wildtrack saquatch tremor edition... ford claims victory for biggest letters edging out the toyota tundra.

I got this one from Autoanything.com for $662. I didn't really want a full rack, I am a child of the 80's and wanted more of a "Roll Bar" look. If I could have found a manufacturer that made good old fashioned Triple-Doubles for the Ranger I would have been all over that. I have some cheap Amazon LED lights that are going to go on it until I can afford the KC HiLiters with the yellow covers.
im a roll bar fan too. cant find one that fits the 5g ranger and is affordable yet .

Morimoto headlights started peeling…I’d expect that from some cheap eBay headlights but the Morimoto lights are supposed to be much better quality. Anywho, was warrantied a new set and put them on today. Put a coat of UV protectant/sealant on them and will continue to do so every month or two.

I am currently torn between these and the AlphaRex Luxx/Nova series. This may very well sway my decision. This is the first time I’ve read anything like this concerning the Morimotos, but it makes me wonder how many more people have had this issue or a similar one. Hopefully your new replacement lasts without issues.

funny you quoted me today….I actually have a new driver side light on the way because the signal doesn’t work all the time. For example, I walk out to my truck and unlock it, passenger side flashes, driver doesn’t. Get in the truck, start going, turn on left signal, hyperflashes 2 or 3 times, then works perfect for the rest of the trip, sometimes even the rest of the day.

TRC has been really helpful, and I will tell you that these, IMO, are the best looking and coolest lights out there foe our trucks. They are expensive, but warranty service and responses so far has been top notch

Tell me about it! I think there might have been room for one more bag of junk. lol Funny because every time we hit another hotel ( we stayed in 10) everything had to come out. I had it down to a science by the 3rd one. ?

The bed wasn't much better.

contacted icon in regards to my damaged leaf springs that I got from them. they said they would take care of them no problem just have to send pictures. while I had them online I spoke over their delta joint retrofit. it isn't advertised anywhere, but I happened to stumble on it. part number is 614553 that's to retrofit their delta joint. it's a chevy part but works for our rangers with aluminum spindle. this would be a cheaper option for those who need control arms but don't have 700 to correct their angles.

Installed the lights on the chase rack today, also got the 3rd brake light wired up. I love this look.
I started installing the rack on Tuesday morning, decided to wait and run the 3rd brake light wire until I had the other lights so that I could run all the wires together. Ran the hot for the 3rd brake light all the way to the front and then could not figure out where to attach it to make it work right. Went to my dealer and talked to a tech who told me that the best bet was to run it to the rear to one of the taillights. He gave me wiring diagrams (that were wrong) and I pulled the wire then ran it to the back. Got it all hooked up this evening and I could not be happier. I attached the 4 lights to the #1 aux switch (25A) which I think may be a bit of overkill but these lights were listed as 51W and my math in a 12 to 14 volt system says they could potentially draw 17 amps??? The relay that came with the wiring harness for the lights (I did not use it) was a 40A relay. Thoughts?

looks nice! if the switches come with relays in line from factory you dont need the new one.

Air Design Tailgate Appliqué going on a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor. Still in deliberation on installing raised lettering, or Air Design’s Tailgate Spoiler.
