May turn out to be a waste (of both a purchase and a post?‍♂), but got this adapter to fit the yeti water bottle that goes everywhere with me. No more high speed projectile off the passenger seat onto the floor, and out of reach, after tapping the breaks.?

I was going to get one of those but I rest my arm on the console all the time and it would be in the way. I found these hooks on Amazon and they ended up working out great. I hook my water bottle behind the passengers side and can easily reach it.

Don't mind the mess we were traveling the month of June and Annie brought everything we owned on the trip.

Haha, that was my first thought as I installed it, turned out my arm naturally wants to rests right down the little peninsula sticking out on my side and so far it hasn't bothered me.

The hooks are a great idea! Anytime my wife used to hop in I would set it behind the passenger seat and it quickly shifted out of reach. Maybe I'll try that route if I deem this one an annoyance after a little while.

My back seat is full of a car seat and toys, so no worries.

Tell me about it! I think there might have been room for one more bag of junk. lol Funny because every time we hit another hotel ( we stayed in 10) everything had to come out. I had it down to a science by the 3rd one. ?

The bed wasn't much better.

thanks for posting this paul. all this time i missed this issue some how. glad i found out here instead of on the side of the road or out in west texas.
Mark,
I would recommend the longer size replacement lugs instead of the standard size that comes on the Ranger. They have a deeper surface area for the socket to fit over the lug. Mine are 1 piece, 1 1/4" long. Sorry, don't know the brand because they came with the BFG's that I bought from the owner. I would prefer black over the chrome, but they don't look bad. Hope this helps.

Picked her up from the dealership from having paint and dent work done during shipping or sitting at MAP. Also they installed the Ford XLP tonneau cover.
Truck looks good. Can't even tell where the issues were.

Since it had paint work done to it I have to wait a month to wash it and then it's 303 time.
Although they did clean it for the most part and the end got cleaned also.
Now I need to find me a good tire shine product. I have some gel tire shine for my car but it's sporty and I like that wet shine on it but for the truck I want a light shine to a matte shine

Do have a question for you tonneau cover guys that are lazy like me and go to the touchless car washes. Do yall take the cover off or leave it on when going through one?
For a matte finish, try Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care - otherwise, Dave‘s recommendation is great. Speaking of Dave…

Telling me you’re living in your truck without telling me you’re living in your truck. I have a cottage you can stay in if needed. ?

? I might just take you up on that. Especially seeing as you gave David @subquark that mattress. ?

And you all thought I was lying when I said I love my Ranger. :inlove:
