What did you do to your Ranger today?

Not today, but yesterday: Wife's 25th birthday again yesterday so did a quick wash/cleanup for her. Limited time so couldn't do a full detail with Hydrosilex ceramic coating however I did to it to the wheels. The Wheel Woolies are awesome BTW if you've never used them. We're at close to 5k when I will rotate tires and give the inside of the wheels a full proper clean by removing them.

And 303 on the tires which was a great suggestion by those here and have been using it ever since.

And while in the garage I figured I'd share where my uncle used to work NEAPCO who makes driveline components. First gen Raptor is somewhat Ranger related.

That's a whole lot more than can said for futco's customer service, UPS showed up today to pick up the wrong part yet futco does not tell me anything about this pickup.
How long ago did you receive the wrong part? I placed my order with futco on March 6, they had to be aware of the error (I hope Stage 3 made them aware of it), yet they did not correct their database until yesterday, March 10.
I'll live without the grille for now, or wait until a reputable company manufactures a similar product.
Mistakes are made, that I can accept, but don't make the customer look like the villian, fix your mistake and remedy the situation in a businesslike manner.
As far as I am concerned futco does not even exist...

Received communication from Stage3 (3) days after my order was placed that Putco was in pre-production and I would not receive mine until mid Feb. I got the wrong one Feb 13. Stage3 was aware of the issue and sent me the correct one which I received on Feb 21.

$20 Canadian each tire + $28 for each sensor. Not sure of the brand though, they are supplying them.

It looks more like what a bad cyst looks like on a mirror. If you need to see your blind spot, do this instead. Position your head in the center of your cab, aligned with the center mirror. Look over to your right and adjust the mirror until you see the edge of your passenger door handle. Then sit back on the driver's seat as you normally would. Now look over to your right mirror and you have a full clear view of that blind spot without obstruction. It takes about a day to get accustomed to it, but its a better, larger field of view. You don't need to see the side of your door the way we were initially taught to drive. It's not doing anything you need to watch. Its the lane you are concerned with.

Finally got my http://www.FordRangerLifts.com 2.5" level on. My buddy in the shop said it was kind of a bitch to get aligned. I think I'll eventually get tubular UCAs to help with that. Maybe when I go for the Eibach kit... Next up (hopefully soon!) is tires! I'm still so torn between the good old tried and true BFG K02 and the Falken Wildpeaks.

I taught my kid that same principle about not needing to see your vehicle in the mirror. It ain't going anywhere. I adjust mine from my normal driving position. Put the mirror out until you cannot see the ass end of your vehicle. Just enough to where if you lean over just a tad, you can see the ass end. The blind spot is pretty much covered at that point.

To make sure it is adjusted properly I then go out in traffic and drive around intentionally positioning vehicles in what would be my blind spot. Sometimes it needs a little adjustment but for the most part you will see at least part of the vehicle that is in the blind spot.

I've been driving for over 55 years and have a Class A CDL. I'll take all the mirrors that are needed to see all around my truck.
