Took the wheels off for a good scrub, cleaned up chassis a bit and inspected brakes, suspension etc

Just drove it to work and then ordered it some Cooper Discoverer M+S winter tires!

will an intercooler impact a turbo truck like say a VW GTI? I would have thought truck cooling larger just based on truck work and pulling. Something a GTI would not be designed for. Unless Ranger tuned highly, then intercooler understood. Just wondering.
I’m looking for more power, but not a ton of power. I will probably stop just short of feeding it more fuel and see where I end up. I also want to lay some ground work for down the road when warranty is over and I’ll be ready for some more aggressive modding

I dropped off mine at a detail shop for clear bra installation. I hate being without it overnight, only had it since Monday.

Tomorrow, a rubber bed mat and some form fitted floor mats come in from Amazon. They will all go right on in.

Well I didn’t do anything to my Ranger today, but I did help my brother resurrect one of his dead Rangers today. 98 XLT 3.0 2WD Auto, replaced spark plugs and passenger rear shackle and spring bracket today, also fixed a couple exhaust leaks. Much much more work to go, but at least it’s road worthy now

That must suck trying to keep a car long term up north. A neighbor of mine bought a 1997 Maxima some years back. It was used and from New York state. He had intended on replacing the blown engine. I was shocked when he popped the hood. This was in 2008, I'd never seen so much rust on a car. That car wasn't worth anything near what he paid for it. He ended up getting it hauled off and junked. I know rust is an issue with the road salt and stuff, but wow.

Installed the baby seat. Sure wish there was 60/40 folding rear seat. With the baby situated I have lost access to behind and below.
I added one for my grandchildren and it was almost PIA to get tight. Either I'm completely lost but having the hook behind the seat down 10" with no way to tighten it without some ninja moves makes this possible. I think there needs to be some adapter strap that goes between the hook behind the seat and to just above the seat back. I wanted to just tie it to the heat rest sleeves.

Got tired of using my crappy handheld garage door opener so decided to put in something better and more reliable. Snagged one of these bad boys off ebay. Wired into the driver side fuse panel with an add-a-circuit. The little white dots light up very slightly and the little home lights up orange when the button is pressed. Kit came with a template for the cutout. Just used my dremel with a plastic cutting wheel for most of it then switched to a stone grinding wheel to smooth it all out. Opens the garage from way further than the handheld. There are other color options available to match your interior but I went with black because I’ll be putting in some additional black buttons up there.

Put one of these on. Just have to get lights for it after I get the raptor grill.

I had exactly the same problem with mine. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. Maybe there is an adapter strap sold separately out there or maybe the baby seat got the best of both of us:facepalm:
