Sort of replacing something in a totally different category. Had an 84 FJ60 that I loved and used as an overland/road trip vehicle, but the lady enjoys a quieter, smoother ride and heated seats and an engine with any sort of power that can do above 65mph lol. And honestly, so do I. So the 60 left and the Ranger took its place and I love it!

Traded my 05 f150 for it. I picked the truck up in January after needing a 4x4 in my fleet. I lost a little trading it in but I love the size of the ranger compared to how big the half tons have gotten.

2019 RANGER FX4 LARIAT W/ SPORT PACKAGE 501A {HOT PEPPER RED}
Traded my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk V6 - Rhino. Waiting on my new tags so I'm actually still wearing the 'TRL H4WK' tags I had on the Jeep. Got fully loaded Hot Pepper Red Lariat FX4, Sport with 501a, running boards, spray in liner and the 18" wheels.

2017 Honda Civic most recently. . . .

We had a 2009 Toyota Tacoma (regular cab 2 seat, pre runner). In 2013 kids started falling out of my wife so I leased a few Honda Civics back to back to fill that need . . . . . No more commuting (8 miles to work) so screw the fuel mileage and got back into a pickup.

Also, this will be my third for ranger. I previously had owned a 1988 and 2003 model when I was younger.

2006 Subaru Baja. I’m glad Ford finally made a truck with gas mileage I could live with!

Replacing my 97’ F150 4.6L V8.
Custom order that was delivered in August 1996. 1st year fit the new rounded design. 270,000 great miles! Loved the color, Pacific Green. Had the exhaust pipe from factoryahead if he right rear tire. They only did this two years. The plastic chrome center cap could discolor some. Not a big issue. Could clean or easier just replace every 5 years.

2016 Nissan Frontier SV V6 The Ranger is an improvement on many levels. Shorter wheelbase make driving and parking easier. The acceleration, shifting, and maneuvering is better on all levels, which improves the towing of my 21ft TT. Much more cab and leg room. So glad to be back in a Ford Ranger.

2012 Jeep Wrangler. It had 103,00 miles on it. I didn't have any serious issues with it but I felt like I was pushing my luck and, like most homeowners, I need a small(ish) pick-up truck.

2016 Focus ST maybe Ranger in a couple days.
2016 Focus ST. Minor mods nothing fancy. 27k miles. I miss the handling but not the small trunk and small back seat for my daughter. I'd buy another manual turbo something down the road as a fun car but the Ranger is staying. Got a good deal on trade in, more than I was going to sell it privately, so win win.

I will not miss being in a small front wheel drive vehicle in the winter time. That's for sure.
