New parts?Ok I need to vent!!
Probably a first world problem, AND I am choosing to "modify" them so I get it, but I am really getting frustrated with Fords quality!! As most know, when I first got my truck, I got the tail lights tinted. While they were being tinted it was discovered the P/S tail light was cracked. So I ordered a new one, and same thing, unfortunately discovered AFTER tinting. So I decided to live with it for a while. Well because of the accident, insurance covered the tail light. The bodyshop has gotten 3 tail light now, all cracked (before tinting). and it's not just my Ranger, apparently a couple F-250's they recently did also had cracked tail light issues. I doubt is has anything to do with scuffing the light or anything, I have had multiple lights tintted and this has never been an issue. Now I have a feeling the bodyshop is not gonna want to tint the tail light if they can get one not cracked.
