Weird transmission jerk while rolling in neutral?

Okay so I had to update my Ford procal tune and flashed the truck after my cai install with the new tune. all was well drove about 50 mikes or so no issues.

was coming through my neighborhood and saw a friend I was doing 25 mph I put it in neutral and reved it to about 4500 to say hello to a buddy in his driveway working on his car. When the truck was coming back down in rpm the truck would jerk and clunk? Once it came down to 1000 prom shifted in to drive and everything was fine.

i was like wtf? So of course I had To do it again and all three or four times it would clunk and jerk while reving and rolling in neutral at 25-30mph? Does anyone want to see if they can duplicate it? I wonder if I have an issue?

No, I don't want to try it.
All this doom and gloom has me scared with a waiting lawyer on speed dial. I'm ready to pull the pin and launch a Canadian class action grenade Fords way if my trans so much as hiccups.
