Okay so I had to update my Ford procal tune and flashed the truck after my cai install with the new tune. all was well drove about 50 mikes or so no issues.
was coming through my neighborhood and saw a friend I was doing 25 mph I put it in neutral and reved it to about 4500 to say hello to a...
haha š thanks. I detail all my cars twice a year and I spend two days on each one. one day on the underside and the other on the inside and outside.
Thank you very much.
Iām nervous about getting the fluid lever correct. do you think ford would check it once I install and get the level close? I know with my Subaru transmission the fluid level is very sensitive for transmission operation.
do you have a link of what pan you purchased? I should probably get this done sooner than later. Also, do you have pictures of the drain plug and the pan installed Thank you.
did the ford grill come with the light kit also? If not what one did you use. i want to use my black trim around the grille but want the lights also. Thanks
here is mine. I have ocd as I wax it when I wax my wifeās ranger. Been on since 2021 I understand what youāre saying about the brake lines. Iām one of the lucky ones that got a hole in my xj d44 cover and it leaked out over and I ruined the gears and bearings in the rear. Maybe it just my luck.
thatās your opinion.
It is not worth it if you have a pavement pounder/mall crawler
but anyone who spends time on the off road or on fire trails should probably look into one.
the first reason is it has a drain and fill plug. Easy maintenance
the second reason is nothing will put a hole in...
Good luck just ran my ranger 2 weeks ago. Itās hard to launch in 2wd. I would brake boost it to about 1500 and leave on the last yellow. My best run was 14.9 @ 91 mph. But it was 88 degrees out.
So my ranger is built in 12/2019 so itās a 2020 without the sensor and I bout the r23 separator does that mean Iāll have to get the hose with the sensor? If so what plugs into the sensor?
I know a shop here in California that just did one yesterday. you need to run a Jeep jk rear 3.73 gear set. Along with the rd245. Customer was very happy.
don't you have a e locker?
Doesnāt it help to pull the 3rd brake light out? I think I read that somewhere? Good luck this weekend and let me know either here or pm? I was a machinist for about 8-10 years but Iām not very gentle with plastics. ?.
I thought that someone on here had found a grey/yellow wire under the dash? Maybe Iām wrong thank you for the reply. Iām not paying 421.00 when some members here have paid under 200.00. Crazy the price difference.
I just got quoted 421.00 labor and 365.00 for the controller From my local dealer. What a joke. I want to know how many people grabbed the center brake light from under the dash? And has it been reliable also what connector you used.
Any help would be great as I bought the control line today...
So I have a question I did not have the 7 pin plug inhad the 4 pin trailer plug however I bought the factory tray harness and the 4way and 7 way factory bumper mounted black plug. Will I be able to insall this? do all rangers have the wiring Under the dash.. I donāt want to buy it and not be...
The older 80s gm trucks and k5ās were wider in the front. I think I remember it was for not throwing stuff into the rear wheel track.
but I think its only about a inch on each side.
