It is made by Agri-cover, they sell as the Lomax cover. Like my Lomax cover but have not yet had it out in the rain to see if it leaks. Easy to remove so I could haul 3 10ft trees to plant in my yard. (pots would not have fit under the front folded cover). Could still watch them in the rear view mirror as I drove.

I also have a Lomax and I’m very happy with it. I take mine on/off frequently. It takes less than a minute to take off by myself.
