From about 20-35mph I get a faint humming noise and noticeable vibration under my feet. I already replaced the hubs thinking that had to be it.
I see no damage to CV boots or the front driveshaft.
What steps should be taken to diagnose the location of the noise?

Some have had the rear driveshaft carrier bearing go bad causing vibrations and noise. Check that for being bad.

To help isolate Front or Rear - Try 4WH and note any change in the issue.
My first hunch is output shaft bearing- if both hubs have been replaced.
if you grab both cv shafts (inner) and shake - any noted play - In / Out and Up/ Down

Remove front drive shaft and drive around. It will eliminate that as a problem.

check temp of front end components after a long drive. Excessive heat in rotors, could be dragging. One wheel bearing hotter than the other ect.
