That kind of thing happens a fair amount of time here in the PHX area.
I work in Scottsdale and have seen some really expensive rides in some really common-folk kind of places.

There's a guy local to me that occasionally drives around an old Nascar that he did enough work to for it to meet the states "custom vehicle" plate requirements.

Still has the race livery on it. Pretty neat.

Always wanted to do this but couldn't afford to waste a chassis on it. At least that's what I told myself. In reality I scrapped a couple of worn out chassis that could've gotten a highway run out of. But never had the balls.

I used to race karts. Had a Birelli R32 with the Rotax. Fast as hell. Been debating getting back into it.

Nice! I started with an RBI Chassis, and a Rotax in TAG Old Guy. Moved on to a Shockwave chassis. I just did club races at my local track.

Played with an old TonyKart shifter a bit as well. Good times. But suspension feels good on the back.

At the 9:24 mark is the GT40 that almost guaranteed went by my house. This has to be pretty much all of them in Philippines at least main island.
