Does your door sticker say 35 or 30?

Mine is 35 but I am wondering if 30 would be ok.
Lots of dirt bike riders air down for off-road riding, even with tubeless tires. On road, a bike can exhibit some wandering and increased effort holding a line thru a corner until they are aired back up. So when it's safe to do so, make some slalom-type moves and note the difference in handling and be mindful of it. If you trip the tire pressure monitor(s), go back up a pound or two. MPG and tire wear might suffer a little, but it might help with your ride. I would also go back up to the recommended pressures if you will be hauling or towing heavier loads.

Lol, this thread needs some chill
Damn internet bots. Post your birth certificate!

I think one problem about this thread is the OP's distinct lack of detail about what it is he feels about the seats are uncomfortable. There's just not a lot of detail. Given that lack of detail... I can see some people wondering okay, has this guy ever even sat in a ranger seat?

OP: give us some more detail and we'll try to help.

Well I took delivery of my New Ranger yesterday and it is pretty comfortable.

I was a little nervous not seeing or test driving this truck since it was ordered and had drove a Ranger that was really uncomfortable.

Around 2 months ago I test drove my first Ranger to see if it was a option for me. I test drove a bunch of different trucks and the Ranger was the most comfortable.

Well several months latter the rebates are out and I decide I want the Ranger but want to test drive it again and see the difference between the FX4 and non-FX4 ride.

He pulls up two vehicles and we test drive the non-FX4 version first and the seats were so uncomfortable. My wife looks over and goes you look so uncomfortable. I go I am uncomfortable and say I do not remember the Ranger being this uncomfortable the last time I drove it. We pulled over and tried to adjust the seat and could not get it right. I had pretty much decided I didn't want the truck because it was so uncomfortable. The sales man said well at least try the FX4 and we did and the seat were like night and day. These seats were so much more comfortable.

My new truck is also comfortable.

I do not know why the seats were different between those trucks and I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with being a FX4 either but there was certainly something different with that second Rangers seats. I would go test a different one and see.

I mean maybe Ford had some manufacturing issues for a bit. We already see seam sealer is different from truck to truck. Some have it some don't.

I mean people are so quick to jump on others that have a different experience and it is a joke.

I really hope this site does not turn into that other forum where no one can post a problem they may have or need help with without being badgered.

I have no non braking RQ complaints anymore.
CDV, I thought you mentioned previously that the Eibachs eliminated (or reduced) the nose dive the truck does when you touch the brakes. Can you elaborate on what you are referring to here?

Just finished a week long road trip from Michigan to South Dakota to visit my parents that included two ~18 hour stints on each end, for a total in vehicle time over the last week at 52.5 hours and nearly 2900 miles. This is a drive I've done 3 times a year for the last 6 years, and the Ranger is the ONLY vehicle I've ever driven on this trek that did NOT leave my back and neck in pain.

Not saying the OP is wrong by any means, if you're uncomfortable in your truck, that definitely sucks, just stating that I don't share that experience is all...

Thanksgiving weekend I had a small 2.5 hour trip one way it was better on my way back than it was going to.

I have a 8ish hour trip one way this weekend and hoping it will be more comfortable.

What trim is your truck? My dash looks nothing like this.

That's the non-lariat dash. XLT (and probably XL?) have the single in-screen LCD with two analog gauges.

I have an XLT with 302A package (high-trim XLT).

I told my buddy in sales up front that I'm in the market for a new truck but unfortunately I won't be dealing with him on this purchase like the last.
He said why not?? I said because it won't be a Toyota this time, it'll be a Ford. Really, he said. I said If I had to do a long trip in the Tacoma my back and ass would be killing me at the end.
I said, George, have you ever sat in the Ranger's seat? No he said. Well you should just for shits and giggles.
Short story is... so glad I bought this truck.

Neat I kind of like that setup. The right screen is almost useless just tells me the current song playing for the most part.

XL dash is similar but different in 2WD unless CoPilot 360 is optioned.
Same layout as XLT but with a smaller productivity screen in the center.

Thanks for the backup! I figured it was probably a bit different knowing how Ford likes to option their trims out, but I suspected it was probably a 2 gauge + 1 LCD setup.

Do you have navigation? I leave it on there and it's useful for telling me the street name & speed limit for whichever street i'm on. Useful when you're in unfamiliar places.
