I have been unable to use my FordPass App for months. I have done the master reset of Sync in the past, and still have had no luck. I was using an iPhone X previously.
I recently received a new phone (iPhone 12. I installed the FordPass Application brand new. I did the reset of the Sync System. I am still unable to use the application to lock/unlock my truck nor am I able to start it.
Is there a know issue with FordPass not working on iOS devices? Or might there be an issue electronically with my truck? Any insight would be appreciated.
