2021 XLT-Stock. Had the shudder at 56k KMS(35k miles) and the dealer replaced the driveshaft with the Tremor version. Shudder has returned at just under 90k KMS(56k miles) The plan is to replace it again with the latest TSB. More shims and another driveshaft. Parts on order. Update to follow.

It's covered under the TSB. If you have a shudder on take off or around 60-70 kms/h just ask the dealer to check it. I have had no issues either time. From what I understand the driveshaft angle is too steep for the steady/carrier bearing. I'm also going to ask them to pre-grease the spline shaft this time for the "bump" when stopping feeling.

Ok then I have some time to do it before the warranty expires. Do you know the TSB number?

This issue is annoying. Everytime I take off from a stop, i am babying the gas pedal, trying to smooth it a bit.

Had the same issues, ended up with a failing carrier bearing at 30k and swapped with a tom woods DS, best decision ever! Smooth from a stop, and can hardly tell the truck is running when on the interstate, it’s that smooth!

I'd love to swap to the one piece as well but the cost would be crazy! $729.00 x 1.44 to Canadian dollars plus shipping. I'll let the dealer replace things for free for now. :)

So they replaced the "Tremor" style driveshaft with the exact same driveshaft. I called and they are going to call me back with details. My question was, "What did we accomplish today? In another year it will need to be replaced again." We shall see.
