The pressure is variable according to load/rpm...it's moving all the time...

On my current dashboard, I've removed the head temp since it's almost identical to engine temp and changed it to the exhaust temp instead...
I went to Banks' site for their guage to see what they display for. It appears they have added a 'gear selected' option for the 2020+ 5G Ranger (no 2019 option in their drop down). Watching oil pressure constantly moving could be distracting 😉

I noticed a lot of exhaust measurements too. Ive never really concerned myself with that way back in the 'Ole Days but I can see how it factors in to performance monitoring.

It's still a good idea to watch the cylinder head temperature. If it gets too far off from coolant temperature then chances are you have a leak somewhere.

Many here do, either via a ScanGauge lll or one of several apps that can display trans fluid temps.
Not really critical if you don't tow a heavy trailer, camper, boat. But if you do it definitely helps to keep tabs on the fluid temps....both trans and coolant temps.
I use a ScanGauge lll which monitors both and numerous other info areas....mpg, boost, cylinder head temps, and many others.
Several of the available apps do the same
Hey Sailor!
Do you have an ad hoc equipment list that I would need to put this whole shootin' together? Mine is a 2019 Ranger XLT 4WD with android ph. and bluetooth. I'm just a 76 y.o. old Jarhead still trying to figure all this stuff out.
Gimme some analog mechanical gages and I could make some of it work.
Also does it use the dash screen for this below?
