Low time in service ( time or mileage)
The write up states "Qualifies for LTIS". ....did this qualification help with the cost or anything else?

When under Ford warranty LTIS policy gives the dealer/Ford the option to replace the transmission instead of repairing it. When mine was replaced the tech told me that Ford was wanting to replace the transmission’s on Low mileage/low time vehicles.

How many miles on the new transmission?
8 or 9k. Truck is at 45k total

Edit: misread the question. Newest replacement has under 1,000 miles.

Original transmission was rebuilt at 37k
I put 8 or 9k on that rebuild before taking it back.
Replacement transmission has under 1,000 and I'm noticing the same issues.

I’m confused. Your work order shows close date of 04/07/25 and 45262 miles Work order also shows transmission replaced at same time.

The transmission was rebuilt prior to the replacement. The original transmission was rebuilt around 37k miles. Still had problems so they replaced the entire transmission at 45k. I just picked the truck up up yesterday with the new transmission.

So I asked how many miles on the NEW transmission and you answered 8-9K. Is the NEW transmission still having the same issue? Your post from today at 1:12pm seems to indicate that.

My fault. I read it wrong. The new transmission has less than 1,000 miles. I literally picked it up yesterday afternoon and i'm still noticing the same issue. Going to give it a bit of time to get through the adaptive learning process and see what happens.

Ok that makes sense now. You probably only have about 100 miles on it and yes you need to drive it for a while yet before having a concern. Would be curious to see the exact details of what they did at 37K.
