transfer case drain and fill bolt torque

Update. I went out and set the torque wrench to 20ft lbs in reverse. The fill plug came out out. Torqued back to 18. I first used my 3/8 racket to get snug. Getting to 18 with tw did move it some. I didn't replace the crush washer as it's the fill plug. The drain I left alone knowing it's at most 20 ft lbs as I did it the same way as I did the fill. I was even a tad heavier on the torque on the fill plug versus the drain.

A tiny bit of thread seal and 20lbs tq is all you need to keep them from walking back. I'd say refilling them was easier than doing the engine oil.
