So my truck even when completely stock has been rubbing when I turn on the front. I now have a 2.5 inch level and it still rubs. I’m on stock tires and wheels. Any ideas?

It shouldn't (obviously) be rubbing while stock nor with just a level kit. At first I added a 2.5" level and larger tires 265/70/17 and I had no rubbing. Have you had the alignment checked?

Yeah I got an alignment and it was still rubbing. I can’t even figure out what’s it’s rubbing on since I can’t find any marks.

Where exactly is it rubbing?

I personally had tire rub on my front crashbar cover cause the hauler driver ravaged the piss out of it with a ratchet strap and was pulled back toward the tire)

It almost sounds like it's catching the fender liner when you're turning sharp. Any way to have someone check it out while you turn it slowly in a parking lot? Maybe they can see/hear it better that way.

Probably the fender liner. Mine was loose after going in for an oil change, so I figured they didn't put it back properly. Would rub with locked left, never right.

I’m not 100% sure since I can’t find markings. I think it might be the crash bar. But I don’t know how it’d be bent since it’s been rubbing since new.

Not the best pic but this cover piece was what got pulled out due to what I assume was a ratchet strap.

The crash bar itself was fine. Again not saying this is your problem, but worth a quick glance.

It doesn’t look like it’s been marked up by the tire

No marks on the lower-control arms (both front/back) either?
Wonder if your truck somehow a sharper turn radius than usual, like the steering stops are missing.

Does the stabilizer bar stick out enough for the tires to touch? I've had tires rub on those in past vehicles.

I don’t see any marks on those. I removed those plastic coverings on the crash bars just to see if that help

After I installed my oversize tires, pulled the truck on to my driveway with the tires turned as far right as possible then crawled underneath and checked the paths of both wheels to see if there were any rub marks and fortunately not. But this way was able to get a clear view of where the wheels would travel either way. You might have already tried this but just a thought :)

Man, I dunno I'm really not sure what it could be.

Only other thing I can think of is the inner-fender flaps are sticking out where they will rub the tire but they're loose enough to prevent any marks from forming. I had one case of rubbing when I didn't correctly reinstall the flap after an oil change. It wasn't tucked behind the brake line properly.
