What I suspect here is at the factory the sway bar was not truly center during assembly or when doing install the sway bar was removed and put back on off center. Fix the sway bar position and you are golden sir!!

I didn't see a crash bar pic and thought to myself "Well that's an odd place to rub"..........I run the same tire but even bigger in the 275/70 and don't rub the sway bar. Definitely get that checked out

Yes it can. It has 2 clamps holding it on and it is fairly easy to fix

It appears to be off center b around 3/4 of a inch so that’s the problem. Thanks so much everyone.

So they said it will just move back because that’s how the factory set it. So I just put 1/4 inch spacers on them and problem solved. Surprised no one else has had this issue.

Get the BDS intrusion bars. Fabtechs require a ton of cutting.
The rears are easy. First remove the bolts. Then slide them out and you'll see the few mm of clearance you need. You can simply throw a rag over this small piece and tap it to gain that few mm get them out. No need to loosen up the fender.
Loosen the front ones and you should be able to just push them forward a bit. There's some play in those to move them up a bit. Do this before venturing into loosening or taking off the front bumper. Put the tires on the front and ck your clearance. You should be good to go. I was. But I'm still going with 1" spacers just for extra room for wheelin'.

i was wondering if this got sorted out and what the culprit was? i run 265 70 17 e rated tires bone stock no lift etc. and i drive it like a truck and off road it like a jeep and no rubs. not even full lock.

Negative offset pushes the wheel away from the suspension.

Did you change to wheels with greater negative offset than stock?

If this only happens on one side I bet the rack wasn’t set to true center and your are getting more turning angle on one side.

Yes that’s exactly what happened I simply put 1/2 spacers on the tires and have no problems now.

I would have taken it to a competent alignment shop, had the sway bar centered, and a good alignment done for a re-check before doing spacers. Spacers don't fix the problem, just the symptoms of the problem. But that's just me.
