So the sway bar is something that can be adjusted?What I suspect here is at the factory the sway bar was not truly center during assembly or when doing install the sway bar was removed and put back on off center. Fix the sway bar position and you are golden sir!!

Did you change to wheels with greater negative offset than stock?
Yes that’s exactly what happened I simply put 1/2 spacers on the tires and have no problems now.If this only happens on one side I bet the rack wasn’t set to true center and your are getting more turning angle on one side.
