I'm a wee bit on the "Get off my lawn" side of things so it's a no.
Adds weight.
Adds air resistance.
Does not add horsepower.

For me - Nonfunctional hood scoops are poser-wear. But it's your truck and if you like it, you get it and don't look back.

Having said that - If I did have a huge cosmetic blemish in the middle of my hood and adding this cosmetic blemish (or maybe one that's toned down) was much cheaper than fixing the hood, then I might go that route.
Could cover an acorn dent.

would need to be available in chrome before I'd even consider it.

A hood scoop that does not work is a waste of money I agree

Does it come with a 5.0 Coyote, or maybe a 428 CJ?

I'm with you all, its a waste of time & money is it actually does not 'DO' something...
I bet some kids will thinks its cool, put a big noisy exhaust can on it and zip around like they have some special set-up...

I’ve nothing against hood scoops but that particular one is cheap. Two things are guaranteed:

Wind noise and it won’t stay down more than few months, as soon as water gets through that 3M tape the wind forces will peel it off like a tin can. 3M tape is awesome but that’s a lot of aerodynamic force on a very flat long piece.

yeah from a marketing perspective I'd bundle that hood with one of those exhaust flame thrower kits , a noisier bov and maybe offer the battery powered turbocharger as well, someone could make a killing.
