Looks like the dude is sitting in the truck, why didn't you ask him?
He was leaving and there was an impatient lady I was blocking that had to get out.

Saw this in the Lowe's parking lot. Is it yours? If so contact me please I'd like to find out where you got the flame job.

I'm more curious with what is going on here where the tow hooks should be and that loop thing hanging down below the license plate. Please excuse my ignorance.

Flat towing attachments and brake actuator for towing behind an RV. (I venture to guess)

It's set up for towing behind a motor home.
The round fixtures are where the tow attachments slide into, the plug in on the right is for electrical hook up, and the "loop thing" is a brake away switch....it is attached to the motor home via a light weight cable and it the truck "breaks away" from the motor home, the switch is pulled out, closing a circuit that activates a brake system..

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I learned something today. Appreciate it.

I’ve been wondering if someone would do this. Totally expected it to be lowered though. Not a judgement on lowering or on flames.

Flames are a thing that some folks like and it seems some in the lowrider crowd also dig flames. Not my thing (duh! said Mr. black, on black on black on black) but I appreciate that they like it for their trucks.

But if you’re gonna do it, have the flames coming out the vents too!
