Never had this happen on my 2017 or 2012 F-150.All the F150s from 2010 to 2019 do the same
It definitely would have helped. Any bit of extra weight you can keep off the edge of the bolster would make a difference for sure!Mine too just under 18k. A drivers side grab handle would have helped.
I definitely agree with this. Had a 2000 cougar that did the foam split on..let's just say that it didn't feel too good if you got in the car the wrong way..Ford uses too "light" of foam, and it breaks down too soon
I have back issues and so far these seats are great, after about a year I expect I will have to take it to 'my guy' and have re-stuffed a bit. I did it a couple of times on my 2009 Ram and makes a big difference on the back. He's like $100-250 to pull it apart and re-contour with stiffer media. IMO no brainier when you consider all the weekly back treatments I used to have to do before I became conscious about my seats in vehicles, office, mattress etc. that contributed to my pain. NOW all I need is him to stuff my boss than the pain in my A$$ would be gone!18,000 miles and my driver's seat is showing creases...

Anyone else notice this on their XLT cloth seat? Heavy noticable lifting on the seat and creases on the outer bolster from entry/egress...WTF![]()
Saw your other post on this but figured I'd post here too. Mine has been doing this for some time now and I only have about 7500 miles. The middle-rear of the seat cushion is creasing too.
Mine only has 3700 miles and have the same problem. PN not the same as passenger. But may be because of bags. They sure look the same18,000 miles and my driver's seat is showing creases...

hi I use the running boards for now they suck. I plan on putting power ones on as soon they out there have local canopy place to keep eye on when they are in stock . I traded a king ranch in for my Ranger ,if I had known about this site I would still be driving it , my gas millage sucks ,,have tow package can't tow , running boards suck . other than that its a good truckA little over 5k here and mine has it. I don't use the steps but my wife and kid do. Guess I need to get used to using them too.
I didn't bother to make a fuss as the replacement would probably do the same...however, now that I'm past 65k, the wrinkle has remained the same and not gotten worse...I have that seat wrinkle too with less than 10k miles. Has anyone had seat bottom replaced under warranty because of this?
Once I turned 65 I stopped worrying about wrinkles. It’s all downhill from here buddy…I didn't bother to make a fuss as the replacement would probably do the same...however, now that I'm past 65k, the wrinkle has remained the same and not gotten worse...
