Thank you, I was not aware that the XL USDM versions get the EUDM taillights. In here, every model from XL to Raptor (5 trims if I counted right) get the very same taillights. Do you remember what opacity the film was? I also noticed you've cut around the reverse light (and the other which I do not remember now what it is :)).

Thinking of buying a Tailgate Applique for my truck. I’ve seen a few pictures, but can’t decide how it would look on my white truck. If you guys have them, please post a pic!

Cruising a FB group I saw this. New to me, never seen it before. Not my cup of tea, but doesn't look to bad. Alot cheaper than than the only other applique choice on the market though. Also appears to have a built in spoiler.

It appears to be same type of plastic as front grilles, so I wouldn't be too concerned with quality.

Yes, from the spoiler down to the bumper.

I really wouldn't imagine the quality of materials is different than both the air designs rear spoiler and the ford licensed applique, One is $99 and the other two combined are something like $600.

Food for thought.

Not sure why this was merged into the Ford licensed applique thread. That is like merging an eibach suspension thread into an icon suspension thread, cause... suspension? Or a raptor grille thread with an AFN grille thread? Meh whatever. Just another option on the market that will now get buried where no one knows about it.

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
With all the comments about paint chips i guess when my truck is about 7 years old and just one big chip with a spot of VC here and there... I'll just paint the whole damn thing a flat camo. Gonna suck.

On the other hand I'll just be happy to get my truck so that I can worry about chips.

Was there an intentional merge? I don’t usually see that happen on our 5g forum.

I don't think that cheap ebay cover would fit the NA ranger tailgate. The ROW doesn't have a "spoiler" (AKA snow/ice catcher) like the NA tailgate

It was posted by an American on their truck in one of the FB group pages if I recall.

I like the idea of it. More of an old school tailgate vibe. I would like to see it colour matched.
