Sync Issue - Weird, Need Help!

Got into my truck, radio was black.
Turned off, waited, then eventually did the power+skip reset.
Radio came on, nav was missing, sat radio was missing, back up cam doesn't work, cell/4g doesn't work, and the radio/nav/time info isn't appearing on my right side gauge cluster.

What the heck is going on?

Every time or one time only? Did the radio come up while the screen was black before you reset it?

Every time or one time only? Did the radio come up while the screen was black before you reset it?

Screen was black the first time. Shut off. waited, nothing, screen would not come on. Did the Power+FF button and reset. The screen came up but all of my features and options are gone.
The radio works, but not Sat radio. The climate control screen comes up, but doesn't work. Back up cam doesn't work, GPS tab is gone, 4g doesn't work.
Tried to update with USB, says already updated.

Took it in, looks like the APIM is bad.
They could see that there was an OTA update pushed, which failed and screwed up my APIM.
