Sync 3 Test Settings

Found the test settings on the sync 3 screen by holding down the skip button on the dash and on the steering wheel. Gives the options to change the splash screen to multiple different ford and Lincoln screens, but none seem to save after the key cycles. Anyone find a way to get any of them to save by using the test settings or forscan?

You can change it permanently using FORScan. I have the Raptor screen.
